Is this legit?

Yes. Reclamly is operated by AO, a sole proprietorship in Alberta, Canada, doing business as Reclamly. Every amount comes from the published passenger-rights rules and links its source. We only use airlines' official claim channels, you see every message, and you can stop at any time.

What does it cost?

Nothing to check, nothing to start, and nothing unless you get paid. When money reaches you, our fee is 25% of it, shown above before you sign up. Or choose Plus at $9/month and pay no success fees.

Do I need documents?

Usually not. Your flight number and date are enough to start. A booking email or boarding-pass photo helps. If the airline asks for something, we tell you exactly what, and it's one tap from you.

How long does it take?

The check takes about a minute. Under Canada's APPR the airline has 30 days to answer; EU and UK claims often take a few weeks to a few months. We chase automatically and email you at every step.

What if the airline refuses?

We push back citing the rule. If they still say no, we prepare the regulator complaint (CTA, UK CAA, the EU enforcement body or US DOT), one tap from you. We aren't a law firm and don't go to court. No money, no fee.

Is my data safe?

We use your details only to check and file your claim, and we don't sell them. A photo you upload is read by our AI provider to fill in the form and isn't stored by us. Card details are handled by Stripe. You can delete your account at any time.
