In some provinces representing someone in a claim can count as a legal service, which is one reason you always send your own claims. For flight compensation you can sign a payment authorization so the airline pays Reclamly's separate client funds account for you; we keep the disclosed fee, send you the rest automatically within 5 business days, and never take a case to court.
