Log in
In a web browser, go to my.stan.com.au and log in.
Cancel
Find Cancel your subscription under Subscription Information and follow the prompts.

Signed up through Apple (iTunes / Apple TV)
- Cancel through your Apple subscriptions, not the Stan website.
Signed up through Optus SubHub
- Log in at subhub.com.au, find Stan in the SubHub dashboard and cancel it there.
What happens after you cancel
- Service doesn't end right away: it stops at the end of your last billed period.
- Stan has no lock-in contracts, so you can cancel and reactivate any time.
