Other ways you might be billed

Paid upfront for a fixed term
- If paid through Apple you may be able to cancel online; within 30 days of buying from a carrier or reseller, contact them.
What happens after you cancel
- For monthly or annual plans billed by Apple, coverage ends immediately when you cancel this way.
- If you sell or give away the device, you might be able to transfer the plan instead.
Refund and trial tips
Based on AppleCare (monthly or annual)'s help page
- Refunds depend on the AppleCare terms for your country, region, state or province. Have the agreement number, device serial number and receipt ready if you need Apple's help.
- If the plan doesn't show in Subscriptions, it may not be linked to your Apple Account yet: finish the plan setup first.
General tips from Reclamly
- Check how you're billed first: subscriptions paid through Apple, Google Play, PayPal or your phone company must usually be cancelled there.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot of the final screen until the next billing date has passed without a charge.
- Set a reminder a couple of days before any free trial ends.
