Go to Manage your plan
Sign in to your Spotify account on the web and open Manage your plan.
Cancel
Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Billed by a partner
- Check Payment on the Manage your plan page. If you pay through a partner (for example a phone or internet company), cancel with that partner.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep Premium until your next billing date, then the account switches to Spotify Free. Playlists and saved music stay.

- Charged after cancelling? Spotify has a separate help article for that (support.spotify.com, "Canceled but still charged").
- If you cancel during a free (zero-priced) trial, the account switches to Spotify Free immediately, not at the end of the trial.
