How to cancel PureGym
Cancel online in the Member's Area at least 4 working days before your next payment.

Steps
Sign in
Log in to the Member's Area on the PureGym website (menu top left → Sign in).
Your gym pass
Select Manage on the Your gym pass tile.
Freeze or cancel
Select Manage under Freeze or cancel your membership.
Cancel
Select the cancel option under Cancel your membership.
Finish
Follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation.
What happens after you cancel
- Your membership ends the day before your next payment day.

- Cancel at least 4 working days before your next payment is due so no further payment is collected. If the cancel option isn't there, your next payment is probably already on its way.
- Coming back soon? PureGym suggests freezing the membership instead of cancelling.

- Check how you're billed first: subscriptions paid through Apple, Google Play, PayPal or your phone company must usually be cancelled there.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot of the final screen until the next billing date has passed without a charge.
