How to cancel Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft subscriptions

Steps

   Open Subscriptions

   Sign in at account.microsoft.com/services with the Microsoft account you used to buy the subscription.

   Manage

   Find the subscription and select Manage.

   Cancel

   Select Cancel subscription (or Upgrade or Cancel) and follow the instructions.

• If you see "Turn on recurring billing", the subscription is already set to expire and won't renew.

• In Canada, Israel, Korea and Turkey you can cancel any length of subscription for a prorated refund.
• In Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal, renewed subscriptions longer than one month can be cancelled for a prorated refund.
