Log in
Log in to your HelloFresh account and select your name at the top right.
Account Settings
Open Account Settings, then Plan settings.
Cancel Plan
Select Cancel Plan under Status and follow the prompts.
What happens after you cancel
- Cancel by 11:59 pm PST five days before your next delivery, or that box still ships and is charged.

- Missing the cut-off means paying for the next box, so cancel at least five days before delivery.
- If you just want a break, skip a week instead: My Menu → Skip Week.

- Check how you're billed first: subscriptions paid through Apple, Google Play, PayPal or your phone company must usually be cancelled there.
- Keep the confirmation email or a screenshot of the final screen until the next billing date has passed without a charge.
