How to cancel Deezer
Cancel in Account Settings → Manage my subscription → Cancel my subscription; Premium lasts to the end of the period.

Steps
Open your profile
On desktop, go to your profile and select Account Settings.
Manage my subscription
Select Manage my subscription.
Cancel
Select Cancel my subscription, pick a reason and select Confirm. Deezer emails a confirmation.
Other ways you might be billed
iOS app
- Profile icon → Settings cog → Subscription → Plan management → Subscription details & invoices → Cancel my subscription → reason → Confirm.
Android app
- Profile icon → Settings cog → My Subscription Plan → Manage my subscription → Want to cancel your subscription? → Cancel subscription.
Apple or a partner (e.g. TIM, Orange)
- Subscriptions paid through Apple or a partner can only be cancelled with them.
What happens after you cancel
- Premium features stay until the end of the current period, then the account reverts to Deezer Free and downloads stop playing offline.

- Charged after cancelling? Check for a second account, an unfinished cancellation (no email received) or billing through Apple or a phone provider.
- Only the confirmation email proves the cancellation went through; keep it.
