• Flight compensation (Canada APPR, EU261): 25% of the amount you receive.
• Travelling together? Compensation is owed per passenger. Add the people on your booking (with their consent) and one letter claims for everyone; the fee is the same 25%, on what the whole group actually receives.
• Reclamly for Teams (pilot, Canada): a company pays CA$4 per traveller a month and its travellers pay no success fee, or it pays the usual 25% only on each win. Compensation always goes to the traveller; the company sees totals only.
• Refunds and price adjustments: 20% of the amount you receive.
• Cancelled subscriptions and free trials: 20% of 6 months of the saving, charged once. No cap.
• Plus waives success fees for flights, charges and purchases on or after your Plus start date. Anything from before you joined pays the normal fee, and the fee preview says so.
• No fee at all on: US DOT flight refunds (they should be automatic), returns (your own money back) and warranty repairs.
• You always see the exact fee before you confirm anything as won, and it's charged 48 hours later at the earliest, so you can ask for a review.
• How flight money reaches you: you sign a payment authorization, the airline pays Reclamly's client funds account (kept separate from our own money) as your payment agent, we keep the fee and send you the rest automatically within 5 business days by bank deposit (Stripe) or Interac e-Transfer, with a receipt. If the airline pays you directly, the same fee is charged to your saved card with 72 hours' notice. You keep your claim and can cancel the authorization any time before the airline pays.
• If the airline refuses: automatic reminder, push-back and a prefilled regulator complaint (CTA, EU national enforcement bodies, UK CAA, US DOT). We never go to court or act as your lawyer; court-only cases are flagged for a future partner law firm.
